Based on Decision No. 2973/QD-BNG dated October 27, 2023, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs approving the detailed design for implementation after the basic design of the project “Investment in land purchase, construction of the Headquarter of Vietnamese representative agency in Japan – Phase 2 construction part”;

Based on Decision No. 3550/QD-BNG dated December 14, 2023, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs approving the contractor selection plan (4^th time) for the project “Investment in land purchase, construction of the Headquarters of the Vietnamese representative agency in Japan – Phase 2 construction part”;
