Ibaraki prefecture presents cherry tree to Vietnamese Embassy in Japan

The Vietnamese Embassy in Japan on November 5th organized a ceremony to plant a cherry tree, which had been presented by the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association of Ibaraki prefecture. Ambassador Nguyen Quoc Cuong and Congressman Akihiro Ohata planting the cherry tree.
